The opening of the 3-day Woman Up! Summit witnessed a musical concert by Rajasthani folk singer, Bhanwari Devi and group on Monday evening at Hotel Grand Uniara. Bhanwari Devi’s bold and rustic voice transcended evening to a whole new level. After the mesmerising performance by the folk singer there was a celebratory ‘Woman Up Dinner’ attended by the speakers as well the who’s who of Jaipur. The atmosphere was that of backslapping camaraderie and bonhomie. They were seen interacting with each other over a large spread of sumptuous snacks and delectable dinner.
