The first day of Jaipur by Night (JBN), domestic and foreign tourists, guests witnessed an unforgettable experience of the culture, heritage and music of Rajasthan at Jaigarh Fort. The mesmerising music by renowned singer of Rajasthan, Kutle Khan with performances on ‘Kesariya baalam’, ‘Moomal’, ‘Sanu ik pal chain na aawe’, ‘Chaap tilak’, etc. and the famous Bollywood fusion band, Kanishk Seth Trio performing their beautiful songs like ‘Ki Jaana’, ‘Mere Sanam Ke Khwaab’, ‘Chashm-e-Maste’, ‘Aane Ko Hai Khaab’,
‘Jhinjhoti’, etc. enthralled the audience. A special display of the heritage and culture of the Pink City was witnessed through 3D mapping technology on the backdrop of Charbagh at the fort.
Special Guests Addl Chief Secretary, Mr Sandeep Verma ; Secretary – Food, Mr Naveen Jain ; Secretary – Social Welfare, Dr Samit Sharma ; Addl DG police, Mr Sachin Mittal; Addl D G Police, Mr V K Singh; Ambassadors of Israel and Ivory Coast; Fiji; CMD Lumax, Mr Deepak Jain and CEO, J K Cement, Mr Madhav Singhania were present on the occasion.
Performances by Rajasthani troupes like Kachchi Ghodi, Dholwala, Ghoomar dancers, Kaalbeliya, Astrologer, Live Puppet and Mehndi artist, Caricature, Tattoo artist etc., were also highlights of the programme. Guests from Rajasthan and other states of India such as Maharashtra, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Delhi and Chandigarh attended the event.

It is noteworthy that this event was jointly organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII); Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan; Young Indians (Yi) and CII- Indian Women Network.
