“GIRL’S EDUCATION PARAMOUNT FOR HER EMPOWERMENT”

MLA, Sawai Madhopur, Princess Diya Kumari emphasized on the importance of girl’s education in women empowerment. She said that once a girl gets educated, then the whole society and the whole world gets educated. She also highlighted on the importance of ‘Beti bachao,Beti Padhao Abhiyan’. Princess Diya Kumari was speaking on the Foundation Day celebration of Shree Khandelwal Vaishya PG Girls College in Jaipur on Wednesday.
The Princess further said that self-confidence is the key factor towards empowerment. An empowered woman must think of empowering other women to face the challenges of the world. She also spoke on the importance of creating environmental awareness along with the need of saving nature.
The Foundation Day celebration was inaugurated with a tree plantation drive where Princess Diya Kumari planted the first tree. Other eminent dignitaries present on the occasion were MLA, Kishanpole, Jaipur, Mr. Mohanlal Gupta, President, Khandelwal Vaishaya Mahasabha, Mr. Ramesh Khandelwal, President, International Vaishya Mahasammelan, Mr. Suresh Patodiya, among others.
