On the occasion of the commencement of ‘Bhoomi Poojan’ for the construction of Shri Ram Temple, MP Diya Kumari offered prayers at the historic Shri Sita Ramdwara Temple at City Palace. She received the blessings of Lord Shri Ram.
On this occasion, the MP said that it is a very historic day. The faith of the religious people not only in India but around the world is also associated with it. Everyone was looking forward to this moment for years. There is an atmosphere of celebration all around.
Diya Kumari also thanked the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for fulfilling the promise of constructing a Ram temple that he made at the time of elections.
The MP further said that she is among the descendants of Shri Ram and that she would go to Ayodhya for’darshan’ and paying her respects once the Corona subsides a little.
