A unique bakery class was held at Hotel Jaipur Marriott for culinary enthusiasts as well as food bloggers. Pastry Chef of Jaipur Marriott, Mr. Pradeep Persoya demonstrated to around 20 participants the making of Chocolates, Cookies and Cupcakes. The participants also got a hands-on opportunity to try the patisserie arts. The chef also acquainted the attendees of the workshop on the different equipment as well as imported ingredients used in the kitchen for baking. At the end of the workshop, the participants were also given handouts of the recipes prepared in the class. The attendees had an interactive learning experience and appreciated the team.
