Artwork on more than 100 Uber car bonnets
Jaipur, 22 November, 2016: In order to promote the local art of Rajasthan, Jaipur Art Summit in partnership with Uber (the world’s largest on-demand transportation company) displayed artwork on Uber car bonnets (#ARTONWHEELS) today. This artwork from local artists will be displayed on more than 100 Uber car bonnets. The artwork comprised the name of the artists as well as the upcoming Jaipur Art Summit.
The flag off for the #ARTONWHEELS car was done by Founder, Jaipur Art Summit, Mr. Shailendra Bhatt and General Manager, Uber, Rajasthan, Mr. Abhinav Patwa.
Later, a poster launch of the upcoming Jaipur Art Summit was also done. It is to be recalled that the JaipurArt Summit will be held next month from 7 December to 11 December at Ravindra Manch.
Uber will be giving 3 absolutely free rides to all riders who are first to ride in a particular #ARTONWHEELS car which will be available through the UberGO option in the Uber app. Also, Uber will give a chance to its riders to win custom made paintings from local artists by taking a minimum of 3 rides before 5 December along with an applied ARTONWHEELS promo code.
Uber will roll out a special UberART option on 3rd December to enable its riders get a chance to cash in for a missed opportunity to experience an #ARTONWHEELS car at a push of a button. The three hour long window of 3pm to 6pm will solely support and appreciate the love and hardwork an artist puts into his/her work, by letting commuters spread the word on their social media platforms.
