Jaipur, 25 September: A 5 day comedy play festival is being organized at Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) from 27 September to 1 October. An initiative of JKK and Sangeet Natak Academy, Jodhpur, the festival will witness the staging of five comedy plays.
The plays that are going to be staged are – Bechari Amrita directed by Saurabh Srivastava (27 September);Saiyyan Bhaye Kotwal directed by Karni Singh Rathore (28 September); Wrong Number directed by Tapan Bhatt (29 September); Adal Badal directed by Late Madan Mohan Mathur (30 September) and Panchi Aise Aate Hai directed by Sartaj Narayan Mathur (1 October).
These plays will be staged at JKK’s Rangayan Auditorium at 7 pm daily. The entry to these plays is through tickets which can be obtained from JKK’s office.
