Under the aegis of School of Law, Manipal University Jaipur and Ranka Public Charitable Trust, 6th International Moot Court Competition was concluded on the theme of Human Rights spanning over two days. The valedictory ceremony was bestowed with the eminent presence of Chief Guest Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, Judge, Supreme Court of India and Guest of Honour Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Mehta, Judge, Rajasthan High Court and Special Guest Prof. JairGevaerd, PUCPR (Professor of Law), United States of America. The competition witnessed participation from law students at universities from India and abroad.
In the valedictory ceremony all the participants were awarded with Participation Certificates and the Winners in teams and individual categories were awarded Certificate of Merit. The winner of the competition was adjudged asNational Law College, Nepalwho was given a prize of Rs. 10000/- and the Runner-Up was declared as School of Law, Christ University, Bengaluru who was given a prize of Rs. 7000/-.

In the individual prizes, Best Researcher Award went to School of Law, Christ University, Bengaluru. Best Student Advocate Award was bagged by Symbiosis School of Law, Noida and the Second-Best Student Advocate Award was bagged by School of Law, Christ University, Bengaluru.

Chief Guest Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Maheshwari and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Mehta heaped praise for the successful organization of the event and boosted the morale of the participating students.

The ceremony witnessed the gracious presence of Dr. G.K. Prabhu (President, Manipal University Jaipur), Dr. N.N. Sharma (Pro-President, Manipal University Jaipur), Hon’ble Justice J.K. Ranka, Smt. UrmilaRanka and other dignitaries. Prof. Vijaylaxmi Sharma (Director, School of Law) conveyed vote of thanks on the auspicious occasion along with Shri SambhavRanka.
