The British Polo Day Jaipur’ will be held on 10 December at the Rajasthan Polo Club in Jaipur. This will be the third time the city will be witnessing this prestigious polo event.
There will be two polo matches on the occasion. The first match will be between the ‘British Army’ team and the ‘61st Cavalry’; while the second match will be between the ‘British Exiles’ team and ‘Jaipur Polo’ team. There will also be Musical Ride with Marwari Stallion and Trick Riding Display by the 61st Cavalry.
HH Maharaja of Jaipur, Padmanabh Singh, who will also be playing said that the annual event is look forward to by the polo lovers in Jaipur. The Director of Polo, British Polo Day, Mr.Ebe Sievwright said that the British Polo players are aware of the legacy of polo they left behind in this country and are delighted to witness not only the game in this country but also the equestrian skills.
