Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM) Kota 2017
Jaipur, 23 April: With an aim to spread awareness and popularize the upcoming Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM) 2017 in Kota, a unique on-ground activation in 7 mandis of Kota division begins from Monday at Bundi in Kota. The event revolves around attracting farmer’s attention present in the mandi by placing a life-size cut-out which will have Rajasthan’s map with GRAM Kota written on it and a 2D model of GRAM name in front of it.
Famers will be invited to come and leave their coloured hand prints on the map and get themselves clicked in front of the cut-out. A photographer will be present on site and everybody will be given photo-jackets with GRAM branding on it.
The Mandis where this activation is scheduled are: Bundi (24 April); Baran (25 April); Chhabra-Baran district (26 April); Bhawani mandi-Jhalawar district (27 April); Jhalarapatnam-Jhalawar district (28 April); Ramganjmandi- Kota district (29 April) respectively. The date for the mandi at Kota will be decided later.
The activation also engages stakeholders and adds to social media efforts in popularizing GRAM. It is to be recalled that the Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet Kota will be held from 24 to 26 May at the RAC grounds in Shivpuri, Kota. Jointly organized by the Government of Rajasthan and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the event will be attended by around 30,000 farmers.
