Jaipur’s St. Jude India Childcare Centre

Janmashtami was celebrated with enthusiasm and joy at St. Jude India Child Care Centre in Jaipur. The children suffering from cancer along with their parents celebrated the festival together. The excited  children dressed up as ‘Radha’ and ‘Krishna’ and wore ‘Mukuts’ (Crowns) made by their mothers.

One of the children, Monika also performed a dance on the devotional song ‘Maiya Yashoda’ which received a wide applause. All family members sang hymns and devotional songs for Lord Krishna. The programme concluded with ‘Aarti’ and ‘Prasadam’ for everyone.
