Jayshree Periwal International School celebrated a momentous Investiture Ceremony, marking the induction of new council members and bidding farewell to the outgoing leaders.
In the ceremony, which is a part of the school’s ongoing tradition, Lakshay Maheshwari and Alisha Gang assumed the roles of Head Boy and Head Girl, respectively. The chairperson, Dr. Jayshree Periwal, emphasised the crucial roles that parents, teachers, and peers play in moulding a leader and encouraged the new council to maintain their momentum, striving to overcome barriers and achieve seemingly unreachable goals.
The newly appointed council members were warmly greeted into their roles. An oath ceremony also took place where newly elected council members gave speeches. The Sports Captain, Vivaan Agarwal and the Cultural Headboy Vivaan Sharma enthralled the audience with their eloquent and power-packed speeches.
CEO, Ayush Periwal and Director, Aakriti Periwal, blessed the council with wishes for a successful term, encouraging them to excel academically and in extracurricular activities, bringing honour to the institution.
