Women have always been leaders and changemakers in whatever sphere they are in – be it the domestic household or the socio-economic landscape. Though women face their own set of challenges like lack of education, unequal opportunities and limited access to finance but women are slowly and gradually evolving. Digitalization has revolutionized the lives of many women. Indian women, in fact, are the perfect mix of modernity and tradition. They have been shattering glass ceilings at work and are also born nurtures and custodians of culture. This was stated by Principal Commissioner, Income Tax, Government of India, Ms. Rolee Agarwal while delivering the Special Address at the CII-IWN Rajasthan Annual Session & Women Leadership Summit 2023 at ITC Rajputana.
