The golden, silver and the first batch at MGD were felicitated with mementoes. On the occasion, apart from the different batches, family of the founding Principal, Ms. Luter and the MGD Guild Executive Committee was also felicitated, marking 25 years of the Guild. The felicitation ceremony was a part of the ongoing 3 day long grand alumni meet to celebrate ’75 Years of MGD’.
At the ceremony, Rani Vidya Devi addressed the ex-students and shared her pride to see MGDians excelling in diverse fields across the world.
School Principal, Mrs. Archana S. Mankotia also addressed the gathering. She also quoted H.H. late Rajmata Gayatri Devi from the archives, sharing the vision and legacy of the school.
Director, MGD Guild, Ms. Jane Himmat Singh, an alumnus from the first batch of MGD, recalled her school days and said that MGD at 75, has brought all of us together from around the world at this occasion. She also informed the ex students about the digital directory which had been launched to allow the Almuni to actively engage with the school and stay connected.
