The event ‘Environments of Tomorrow’ was jointly organised by the Faculty of Design, Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) and Asia Pacific Architecture Festival (APAF), Brisbane recently. Three eminent architects from India were distinguished keynote speakers who addressed the ethical futures of India’s built environment, focussing on climate change, environmental degradation, and resource mismanagement. Ar. Antima Kuda, Associate Professor, MAHE, Dubai was the moderator of the event.  

The eminent speakers on the occasion were –Ar. Akshay Kaul, landscape architect; Ar. Chitra Vishwanath, Biome Environmental Solutions, Bangalore and Ar. Sanjay Prakash, Principal Consultant – SHiFt: Studio for Habitat Futures Architects and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. The event was attended by Dr Madhura Yadav, Dean FoD, Manipal University Jaipur who started the conversation by setting the context. The event was coordinated by Dr Richa and Ar. Raunak P. from FoD. The panel discussion was well-participated by the audience.
