On the concluding day of ‘Raza Parv-2021’ organized by Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) and The Raza Foundation, Delhi, ‘Khayal’ performance was held at Rangayan in JKK. The audience was spellbound by the mellifluous performance presented by eminent Hindustani Classical Vocalist, Ms Manjiri Asnare. She was accompanied by Mr Dnyaneshwar Uttam Sonawane on Harmonium and Mr Yati on Tabla.
The performance began Raag Jhinjhoti. This was followed by Raag Malkauns. After this, the artiste rendered a ‘Chhoti Bandish’ in Raag Sohini. She ended the performance with a ‘Bhajan’ and ‘Tappa’.
