MP Diya Kumari met the Union Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh in Lok Sabha and urged for medical treatment under the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) in Beawar or Bhim. The MP handed over a request letter to the Defence Minister keeping in view the facilities for soldiers and their families.
While handing over the letter, the MP said that Beawar and Bhim Vidhan Sabha is an area from where thousands of soldiers are recruited. However, families serving the motherland are still deprived of many facilities. MP Diya Kumari also urged the Minister to open army recruitment centres in Ajmer and Beawar and military ECHS clinic and canteen in Beawar or Bhim.
