Jaipur, 4 October: A day long ‘Digital Rajasthan Conclave’ will be held in Jaipur tomorrow. Jointly organized by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), the event aims to dwell upon state level opportunities and way forward under the overarching Digital India programme. The theme of the event will be ‘Transforming Lives Through Technology’.
The event has been curated keeping in mind Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of Digital India Programme, said Head,Rajasthan State Council, FICCI, Mr. Atul Sharma. TheConclave will witness sessions on topics like DigitalRajasthan, Policy Framework, Business Opportunities, Innovation & Emerging Trends as well as IT Start Ups.
Rajasthan Industries Minister, Mr. Gajendra Singh Khimsar will be the Chief Guest on the occasion.
A theme paper prepared by Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) will also be released which gives an overview on howdigital has become a way of life in corporate India. The greatest use of digital being around three major themes — customer, operational efficiency and new business models. It also highlights how the government is embracing the digitalwave. Its e-governance initiatives expanded for wider sectoral applications, with an emphasis on citizen centric services.
