Professionals must adopt AI to complete their tasks more efficiently, without becoming overly dependent on it. AI will not take your job if you know it, but it will certainly take your job if you do not get along with it. As humans, we need to evolve with changing technology. AI has given people more time by handling repetitive tasks, acting like a ‘power to think’ within a machine—though the control must always remain with us. This was stated by techno commercial leader Dr. Ajay Data, in a discussion on his book, “ZENITH: Mastering AI for Everyday Life and Work” at Ashok Club. He was in conversation with corporate trainer and TedX speaker Aashima Choudhary.
Shedding light on how AI can seamlessly integrate into our daily personal and professional routines, Dr. Ajay Data underlined how the clarity of prompts makes all the difference in interacting with AI tools. He focused that the true power of AI lies in how we communicate with it. “Refine your prompt, give a detailed prompt; the clearer your language, the better the result,” he said. The book ZENITH is packed with examples of such prompts, making it an accessible guide for anyone looking to work smarter with AI.
Dr. Data further explained that AI is a fascinating assistant that learns and adapts, but it needs clear direction. “When I solve a problem, I do it with an objective and that is exactly how you should approach AI too,” he said. Data shared how the internet itself inspired him to write the book. “AI isn’t replacing search engines—it is silently helping them evolve,” he explained. He underlined that AI is no longer just a tool for answers, but a thinking partner that helps solve problems with purpose and clarity.
The discussion concluded with a Q&A round with the audience. Earlier, the book on the occasion was launched by the Author, Ajay Data, moderator Aashima Choudhary, Jagdeep Singh and Ajay Singha.
