Maand Gayan training workshop organised by Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) began in Bikaner as a part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. This workshop is being organized at Ashapura Mataji Ka Mandir, inside Jassusar Gate in Bikaner. It will be organized from 8 am to 10 am every day till 16 June. Around 25 participants between the ages of 8 to 25 years are participating in the workshop. The training is being provided to the participants by eminent artistes, Shri Santosh Joshi and Shri Bhanu Pratap Joshi.

At the beginning of the workshop, Curator, JKK, Mr Abdul Lateef Usta welcomed the trainers, Mr Santosh Joshi and Mr Bhanu Pratap Joshi by presenting them with the portfolio of JKK. On the occasion, Mr Usta briefed the participants about the objectives and importance of the workshop. On the first day of the workshop, the children were introduced to the art of singing and the grammar of music. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the children for the workshop.
