Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) will now connect to Europe from Delhi with effect from 2 May this year. This was informed in a presentation by Vice President, Ms. Anju Wariah of Stic Travel Group and Manager Sales of UIA, Mr. Vivek Sharma at hotel Holiday Inn in Jaipur. From 2 May, there will be 3 weekly flights to Kyiv and onwards to as many as 40 European destinations. From 17 June the flight frequency will increase to 5 per week.
It was also informed that UIA connectivity to Europe will also benefit as many as 3500 travellers from Jaipur who fly to Europe annually. These include holiday tourists, MICE travelers and jewellers. The company is also tying up with Air India to facilitate travellers from Jaipur to Delhi. The promotional return fare from Delhi to Europe will be around Rs. 29,000 inclusive of Airport taxes.
