Jivan Yatra- The Journey of Life
Jaipur, 12 April: A musical performance will be rendered tomorrow (13 April) morning at 7 am by the musicians of Langa Manganiyar community at Jawahar Kala Kednra. Entitled “Jivan Yatra: The Journey of Life”, the performance will feature the traditional songs of the Managaniyars and Langas.
The performance has been programmed by Anwar Khan, Gazi Khan, Kheta Khan and Kuldip Kothari. The raag and meaning of every song that will be sung will also be shared with the audience.
The entry to the event is complimentary. The event is being jointly organized by Jawahar Kala Kendra and Jaipur Virasat Foundation.
