The International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) Congress will be held in Jaipur from 21 to 24 October this year. In this context a large number of jewellers met at Hotel Marriott on the late evening of Friday, 4 August to discuss the preparations. Among the jewellers were: Rajiv Jain, Nirmal Bardiya, Vijay Kedia, Mehul Durlabhji, Ajay Kala, among others.
The roadmap to place Jaipur and the region on the world map of coloured gemstones was discussed.
It is to be recalled that the 4-day event in October will serve as a platform for networking with local and international members and non-members to imbibe global best practices of the industry. This Congress will feature presentations by industry stalwarts and renowned designers highlighting world class brands. The mega global event will witness business sessions, exhibition, speaker sessions, mini cricket, golf tournament as well as cultural evenings.
