Pink City’s art and culture hub – Jawahar Kala Kendra – will host a unique 5 day music festival from 9 October to 13 October. Performances by international and national artistes of Jodhpur RIFF, ASEAN India Music Festival and majestic Rajasthani folk will be the highlight of the programme.
On Monday, 9 October performance by L’alphaalpha from Indonesia and Lagori from India was held. On Tuesday, 10 October, ASIA 7 from Thailand, The Ransom Collective from Phillipines and Advaita from India will present their performance. Rocky Dawuni from USA will render his performance on Wednesday, 11 October. Shooglenifty from UK and Dhun Dhora from Rajasthan will be presenting their performance together on Thursday, 12 October. On the concluding day Rhythm of Rajasthan will perform followed by Diwali celebrations with folk music.
The performances will be held at 7 pm daily at Madhyavarti. The entry is through tickets which can be obtained from JKK’s office. On the concluding day, entry is free to all.
