Rajsamand MP Diya Kumari met the Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways of India, NitinGadkari on Tuesday and discussed the problems of road connectivity in Rajsamand. While urging for the issue to be resolved, Diya Kumari said that road connectivity is extremely essential in Rajsamand area and the pace of development cannot be speeded up without the construction of road networks.
MP Diya Kumari handed over a letter to the Union Minister regarding the construction of underpass or overbridge at J.K. Circle near Kankroli in the Bhilwara-Udaipur four-lane project. She also urged the Minister in her letter to restart and finish the Gomti-Beawar four-lane project work at the earliest. In addition to this, the proposed Kumbalgarh mega highway from Charbhuja-Kumbalgarh-Haldighati to Dabok airport various other issues were also mentioned in the letter.
On the occasion, Union Minister directed the concerned officers to take necessary action soon. He assured that no stone will be left unturned to complete the road development work in Rajsamand.
