Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment, King’s Troop Royal House Artillery and Royal Logistic Corps to participate

Jaipur, 2 December: A unique event – ‘All India Indegenous Horse Show’ — will be held in Jaipur on 5 and 6 December at the Rajasthan Polo Club. The event is being organized by Francesca Kelly and Raghuvendra Singh Dundlod of the Jaipur based Indigenous Horse Society of India.

Francesca Kelly informed that the 2 day event will witness activities like Tent Pegging, Horse Dance, Horse Decoration and Show Jumping, among others. Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment, King’s Troop Royal House Artillery and Royal Logistic Corps will be participating in the event. In all, as many as 12 riders including 3 female riders will partake in the event. A unique feature of this event is that the British riders will be riding indigenous horses for the horse show.

Prizes will be also be given away for Dressage, Best Colt, Best Filly, Best Stallion, Best Mare and best horse of the show.

The British riders taking part are: Richard Raffel, James Harvey, Matthew Eckley, Jack Sayer, Justin Boyles, Joseph Hall, Katie Anne Lavin, Rebecca Hill, David Puckey, Matthew Pittaway, Paul Bennion and Angela Briggs.
